[Jess.] I felt so upset looking at you girls behaving this way. Is it because you girls don't know each other so your don't have the bond anymore? NO? Is it because you girls forget how much fun you had during vball trainings? NO?
No one is at fault. Everyone just want to be the best and help College west bring Champion back. But one person having this thought is not enough. Everyone got to think the same. So what if all of you really have the same mind set wanna bring Champion back. But somehow I feel your should sit down and really think the same way. Move step by step.
Even our batch also did alot of thinking. Have alot of set back. Have alot of scolding. Although we felt wasted for not bring Champion back but overall we did enjoy the whole process. I felt happy being with them playing with them. What's most important is be happy and enjoy everything.
Everyone only given one chance to perform. One chance to be together and bring Champion back. Think about it my dear girls. Everyone have the same intention. But maybe did it in the wrong way.
Everyone have to move in the same pace. Not one infront one behind. Remember. Walk with the same pace. Only with that things will work out for sure.
Don't give up. Don't keep quiet. Don't scold. Think first then getting irritated with stuffs alright? I have confidence in your!
You girls got to find your team mates weakest point. So that you can help them out at that part. Teach them the right way This is what I call teamwork. Not thinking I did my job by playing well for the team I've done my job
Example I might be slow at times. Somehow tiff and mae know what to do. They will call for me shout for me help me. This is call teamwork. I know they are not very out spoken. So I try to speak more so we wont lost communication.
Only with communication teamwork will come along. I'm sure your have eyes to see and ears to hear. Don't bother about anything now Just play well! set a target together
Be more lively in court. Talk to each other more. Everyone thinking must be link as one. Be more alert. Don't because of one set back and make your whole game felt so boring.
Jiayou I'm sure your can do it. Think about it alright before competition.
